Das KLANGHAUS
ist eine private Initiative zur Förderung von Kunst und Künstlern im experimentellen Bereich mit Bezug zur Musik - ein Forum für künstlerische Auseinandersetzung zum Thema "Klang-Form / Form-Klang".

Es soll eine kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit zwischen Künstlern verschiedenster Sparten in Form von Ausstellungen, Konzerten, Performances und Workshops ermöglichen und der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich machen.

Neben der ständigen Ausstellung und Dokumentation meiner eigenen Arbeiten (neue Musikinstrumente, Klangobjekte, Skulpturen, Installationen, Partituren, Bilder und Plastiken) sind Wechselausstellungen und Performances mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten zum Thema Klang und Form geplant.

Vierteljährlich stattfindende Solokonzerte auf meinen experimentellen Musikinstrumenten und Klangobjekten bilden die Eckpfeiler einer erweiterten Konzertreihe mit Gastmusikern und Komponisten.

Das KLANGHAUS ist zu verstehen als ein offenes Forum für Kunst, Künstler und Interessierte gleichermaßen. Es soll im gemeinsamen Erkundungs- und Entdeckungsprozeß Verwandtschaften und Verbindungen aufzeigen.

Aimed at facilitating a continuous collaboration between artists of various fields and approaches, the KLANGHAUS wants to present concerts, performances, and exhibitions, and offer workshops, permitting the public to witness and participate in the process.

Next to the permanent exhibition and documentation of my own work (New Musical Instruments, Sound Sculptures, Objects, Installations, Scores, Pictures, and Sculptures), varying exhibitions shall be exploring and highlighting different views and emphases in focusing on the theme of sound and form.

Solo concerts on my experimental musical instruments and sound objects will be held quarterly, forming the corner stones of an extended concert series with the participation of guest musicians and composers.

The KLANGHAUS understands itself as an open forum for art, artists, and the interested public equally. In a joint process of research and discovery, its purpose is to trace and point out connections and relatedness.
